Anil Chopra is an investor, mentor, advisor, and consultant who has spent more than 30 years in the beauty industry (Cosmetics, Skin & Hair Care and Fragrances). He is a graduate in Economics from Delhi University and AMP, INSEAD-France.

He was instrumental in taking Lakmé Ltd to global standards by incorporating world-class technology and fashion to be its language of beauty. In 2000, he took Lakmé to the high ground of fashion & beauty by organizing Lakmé Fashion Week.

Since 2013, Anil has been an Independent Consultant in FMCG – Personal Care and Cosmetics. He is also an investor and mentor in start-ups such as Glamrs.com, advisor to new ventures, and consultant for mergers and acquisitions. He has spearheaded many innovative ways to encourage young talent in the design fraternity.

He has been a speaker at IHT Luxury Conference and WWD Global Cosmetic Cos CEO’s Summit at Miami.
